About the Authors
Kristine Servais is an assistant professor in educational leadership. She has been a middle school and elementary teacher, middle school assistant principal and principal, and director of field experiences for preservice teachers.

Kellie Sanders is an elementary school principal, as well as a former middle and elementary school teacher and assistant principal.
